Bushwick Sounds Warehouse ("the Software") is private business software operated by Bushwick Sounds for managing its own audio equipment rental operation: inventory, events, pull sheets, quotes and invoicing. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the general public.

1. Who may use it

Access is limited to Bushwick Sounds staff and contractors who have been issued an account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Bushwick Sounds may suspend or remove any account at any time.

2. Permitted use

The Software may be used only for Bushwick Sounds business. You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other users beyond your assigned role, to interfere with the Software's operation, or to copy or redistribute its contents outside the company.

3. Your content

Information entered into the Software — inventory records, client details, events, quotes and documents — remains the property of Bushwick Sounds and, where applicable, of its clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Connected services

The Software connects to third-party services on the company's behalf, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. A connection can be revoked at any time from the Settings page, or from within the third-party service itself.

5. Availability

The Software is provided on an "as is" basis. Bushwick Sounds does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bushwick Sounds is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
